계속되는 업데이트와 더불어 빠른 속도로 구글 크롬의 사용자가 점점 늘어가고 있는 것 같습니다.
그 증거로 구글 크롬 확장 프로그램에 대한 검색어 빈도가 늘고 있다고 해야 할까요?
이번에 소개할 구글 크롬 확장 프로그램은 밋밋한 새 탭 페이지의 화면을 변경 할 수 있는 Speed Dial(스피드 다이얼)이라는 확장 프로그램입니다.

오페라에서는 Speed Dial(스피드 다이얼)이라고 하던데 크롬에서는 자주 방문한 사이트의 미리보기 라고 하더군요. 이 기능은 예전 Ie버전 구글 툴바에서 찾아 볼 수 있었으나 지금을 볼 수 없게 되었습니다만..
구글 크롬 확장 프로그램인 Speed Dial(스피드 다이얼)은 8개로 제한 되어있는 새 탭 페이지의 바로가기 항목을 최대 9*9열의 81개 까지 증가가 가능하도록 하고 있으며 북마크 관리에도 도움을 주고 있습니다.
배경화면도 지정가능
지금 보고 있는 웹 페이지를 Speed Dial(스피드 다이얼) 빈 곳에 손쉽게 추가 가능하기 때문에 북마크 기능을 겸한다고 할 수 도 있습니다. 더불어 녹색의 북마크 아이콘을 통해서 북마크 관리자와 유사한 페이지를 열어 스피드 다이얼에 등록되지 않은 페이지로 이동을 쉽게 할 수도 있습니다.
현 페이지를 바로 스피드다이얼에 추가가 가능하다
그동안 구글 크롬의 새 탭 페이지의 자주 찾는 사이트의 화면이 변경되어 짜증 났거나 등록되는 페이지의 수가 작아서 불편 하였다면 Speed Dial(스피드 다이얼)이라는 확장 프로그램을 사용해 보는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.
